The Nordtest Sampler Certification Scheme is currently being established as a personnel certification scheme as described in the scheme handbook.

Accreditation and certification as tools for quality assurance of sampling are discussed in a position paper prepared after an international workshop on sampling in Brussels, April 2005. The position paper was prepared by a group of experts on both accreditation and certification, including representatives of the Nordtest Scheme and the European Accreditation bodies.
